The Studios is opening in July of 2025!

Rent includes a private, fully fit-out luxury space, furnished for your unique specialty; a shared kitchenette/laundry space, with complimentary laundry equipment for your use; all utilities, including electric, Wi-Fi, water/sewer, and trash; and a private parking lot for your clients. Introductory promotional packages may also include some of our specialty concierge services!

We offer optional concierge services to provide you with the highest level experience as a member of The Studios. Our concierge services include business coaching, bookkeeping, branding materials, photoshoots, and social media support.

YES! The Studios has it’s own private parking lot. The lot is small and intended for your client’s complimentary use. In addition to the private lot, there is free street parking and 4 paid public lots within 4 blocks (1 every block). As a member of The Studios you may purchase a parking permit from the Borough of Phoenixville for use in some of the public lots if you do not wish to utilize free street parking.

The Studios sets itself apart in so many ways, but the biggest differences between The Studios and most of the other suite options available are the location and leadership. Most salon suite options are in strip malls with very uninspired, “cookie cutter” designs. We take the suite model and place it in a downtown setting with beautiful and bespoke designs so independent beauty professionals can have their own business in a more boutique setting. The Studios is not a franchise or chain, but is owned and operated by Maura Jannetta, who has been a hairstylist in the Phoenixville community since 2008, a commission salon owner since 2014 and is a Certified Professional Coach. Her community connections, business acumen, and passion for growing others make her an in-person asset to the members of The Studios.
